Updated u15 Badminton Ireland Team Selection Policy

Due to the lateness of the U15 Quadrangular event there have been some minor changes to the u15 Badminton Ireland Team Selection Policy, notably:

• U15 Irish Team Selection Policy final
• The Connacht Open u15 will be counted as the 4^th selection tournament under section 3
• The teams selection will now be after the Connacht U15 Open
